I had surgery at some hospital in Apgujeong around 2018 (silicone, ear cartilage), and then around 2019 I had the silicone raised to 4 mm and had nostril reduction. Starting 6 months after surgery, the area where the nasal tip and silicone connect became deeply sunken, and the nostril shape was also very uneven, so I had right nasal bone osteotomy, further reduction of the left nostril, and an autologous dermal skin graft to the nasal tip. It’s been about 2 months, but the nasal tip has drooped too much and the nostrils are uneven. Will it get better with time? I keep telling the hospital, but they say it’s because of swelling.
