Breast Surgery Reviews

Really decide carefully about breast augmentation! (Motiva 1-year progress, bo…

I am in the low 160 cm range, weigh about 48 to 50 kg, and my original breasts were somewhere between an A and a not-quite-full B cup..? Around my late 20s, friends around me started getting breast augmentation one by one. I was the type who thought, "Even if they are small, I like natural!" so I had never thought about breast augmentation at all, but after my friends had passed 1 year, then 2 years, I touched them once and stuff, and oh.. they were not as unnatural as I had thought! I thought, technology really has improved a lot these days.. and wondered if I should try it too..? It could give me confidence as a woman, and many men like glamorous figures, so while I was having these thoughts, I thought I might as well just get consultations~~ and in the end I made the decision. I did not like upper fullness or rocket-launch breasts, so I ended up getting surgery with Motiva Mini 270 or 275, I think. I said I wanted a full C, but after surgery and recovery, when I went to buy underwear, they said I needed to wear D..(In the very beginning when there was some swelling, I wore E..) At first I wondered, hmm... did I go too big for my frame? (I am someone who likes a natural look), but as time passed, the feel and shape became more natural, and I freely wore clothes I could not wear before because my chest looked empty, and I wore pretty swimsuits too? It was around... 7 to 8 months after surgery, when the residual swelling was gradually all gone and I was very satisfied.

But now, a little over 1 year has passed, and what I feel is... It is more uncomfortable than I expected. It is uncomfortable when sleeping too, and when I lie flat on my back and touch my breasts, they feel firm(?) I also got a new boyfriend during that time, and when he tries to touch my breasts while I am lying still, I get really self-conscious. When I lie on my side, my breasts are heavy so they pull, and because my skin is not thick, if I gently touch the skin over my breasts with my hand, I can faintly feel the wrinkling of the implant inside... kind of, hmm...... like there really is something inside? No matter how famous the place is and how natural people say they are these days, they can never match truly natural breasts.. Most of all, because my breasts got bigger, I actually cannot wear tight-fitting clothes well.. (even to me, it feels too much) When I first meet someone, I keep feeling their gaze go to my chest, and I am not the type to enjoy that kind of gaze, so even though I originally did this for my own satisfaction, hmm.... I found myself thinking more and more about it. These days on social media, seeing people confidently wear pretty clothes even with small breasts, their natural appearance looks so beautiful to me. For example, imagine Girls' Generation's Yoona suddenly appearing one day with C or D cups from how she looks now.. Wouldn't the breasts seem to show before the person? It also would not match her original innocent image.

More than anything, a lot happened after I got my breasts done, but the most recent boyfriend I met said that someone with my tendencies, personality, and looks was his ideal type, so after a month of flirting, we started dating. Then he found out I had breast surgery.... and the relationship became a bit distant, and he said really honestly that he had never dated someone who had breast surgery before, so he did not know he had an aversion to this, but the aversion came on stronger than he expected, and since we had not been dating long, he thought it would be better to just break up.. He said I was such a good person, but he did not know this part would feel so big to him... and that he was really sorry. He said that if he had known from the start while we were flirting that I was someone who had breast augmentation, he would not have approached me.. He also really wanted to get married, so he did not approach me lightly, and he said he is someone who does not care whether his woman has large or small breasts, but rather because he thought of me as someone he might marry, he thought carefully and concluded that someone who had breast surgery was just not for him, so he said we should stop. When I heard that, I felt like all the blood drained from me. I am 30 now too, so I had thought maybe I had met my destined person. (Ah, for reference, when all my female friends touched my breasts, they said, "Wow, they are really soft! So natural!" but they probably felt that because they touched them while I was sitting or standing still. Honestly, it changes depending on the situation.. When my body gets cold or I get aroused, they become firm, and when I lie on my side they are soft, but when I lie on my back they get firm ha..)

In conclusion, what I want to say is that I really hope you do not take cosmetic surgery lightly and consider it as much as possible before doing it. I asked all my male friends around me too, and almost 4 out of 5 said that even if they are small, natural is better (I asked them to answer coldly between surgically enhanced D and natural A or B). They said even if many men like glamorous figures, that is when it is "natural," and it does not mean they want surgically augmented breasts. Especially if it is their woman, they do not care whether her breasts are big or small. And if someone they had been seeing for a long time got surgery midway by her own choice, there is nothing they can do, but if, like my recent situation, they had only just met and had not yet grown very attached, and then found out she had surgery, they said they would probably think about it once too. At first I spent a lot of money for my own satisfaction... but every time my breasts feel slightly tingling? I keep getting anxious for no reason, and because of the various discomforts I mentioned above and the emotional hurt I recently received, I decided without hesitation to remove the implants and get stem-cell fat grafting. I had thought I would remove them later when I got older, but I did not know I would remove them this soon... Still, I think removing them not long after surgery will be easier and safer, and returning to the original state will be faster too.. If someone around me says they are getting breast surgery, I think I would first try to stop them

Thank you for reading this long post!
