Nasal tip: autologous costal cartilage / nasal bridge: silicone, that's how I had the surgery done
I was always thinking about getting rhinoplasty, then went and got my nose done through a friend's recommendation lol Honestly, I didn't really have a specific shape I wanted, just a nose thinner than my current one with a nasal bridge? I told the director, I only want exactly this part! and he said okay lol He said that was the hardest lololololol so I just asked him to make it suit my face well There wasn't anything particularly special about the surgery, but weeks 1 and 2 were honestly really hard.. lololololol After that it became manageable.
