I previously posted that I was deciding between ㄱㅅㅂ vs ㅍㄹㅁ, so use this for reference. There are a lot of posts asking whether ㅍㄹㅁ uses brokers, but I’m not a broker. Honestly, I really recommend it. But there aren’t many posts about ㅍㄹㅁ, especially no photos, so I also agonized a lot. And since it’s a hospital famous for nose implant removal, there aren’t reviews like mine for revision surgery adding more silicone, so I’m posting in case it helps.
My nose before surgery (a nose that had already been operated on once, 8 years ago) It applied to everything: short nose, low nose, small nose, deviated nose (because the silicone was shifted). The nasal tip was especially low, so it looked blunt. Since my mouth protruded relatively, it also looked like an upturned nose.

Except for ㄱㅅㅂ and ㅍㄹㅁ, all of them said I needed to use costal cartilage. I was also safety-oriented and natural-oriented, and my friend had silicone removal surgery at ㅍㄹㅁ (went well). So since my nose was especially low and small and I was worried about complications, I excluded the places that recommended costal cartilage and went with a safety-first approach.
I agonized over ㄱㅅㅂ until the end, but those review photos on the Naver cafe were.. honestly not great. I think they do pretty lines well for hump noses and originally high noses, but for low, small noses like mine, the review photos weren’t great. The flaw was that when I looked at the photos from reviews that seemed to have received event pricing, after a few months they were too natural and didn’t look corrected. Also, ㄱㅅㅂ suggested surgery to lift the alar rims, but at the time I was scared. (Thinking about it after surgery, my columella wasn’t the type that came down that much, so I think alar rim lifting would’ve been okay.)
The reason I chose ㅍㄹㅁ was first of all because the director felt really trustworthy lol Somehow like husband material.. gentle, meticulous, tells you clearly what can’t be done, and explains how he’ll do it. And I wanted an almost straight line, and this point matched very firmly with the director at ㅍㄹㅁ. The shorter the nose, the more it needs to be made pretty with a straight line.
Conclusion. So it’s been 2 weeks since I had revision surgery at ㅍㄹㅁ. I can’t upload photos, but I’m freaking satisfied hahaha The deviated nose was corrected. My original nasal bones were also deviated, and my nostrils were uneven. And the silicone that had been placed on top of that was also shifted and deviated. But they had said that if the silicone height was increased, it would look even more crooked. I’m the type with little swelling, and almost all the swelling is gone now, but it doesn’t look crooked at all. Maybe because the center of my face came alive, I hear a lot that I lost weight, and my image changed to look more feminine.
The nasal tip became sharper. The side profile came alive. Compared to before, the difference is seriously huge.. But it’s not overly sharp; it came out as a nice straight-to-slightly-curved line. Since it was raised only with ear cartilage, I’m worried it might droop later, but for now it’s good. I escaped from having a low nose.
Of course, that doesn’t mean it became a pretty nose like a celebrity’s, but everyone has limits with their own nose, and I knew the limits of mine. Even after surgery, there are things like, I wish the columella had come down just a tiny bit more, but it’s not enough to be a complex. Oh, and right after surgery it was an upturned nose, but as the swelling went down, it all came down, and I wondered if the columella was retracted, but the columella also came down a lot.
Anyway, considering my original nose, I think they made it as pretty as possible right now! I debated whether to post or not, but I also agonized a lot while looking at this community, so I’m posting for reference.
