Before/after My nasal bridge was low before, and I also had a hump, so I had rhinoplasty with ear cartilage 6 months ago. But since I have a thick-skinned bulbous nose, I really regret not using costal cartilage from the start.. At first it looked high because of overcorrection, but it’s gradually coming down, so I’m thinking about revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage.. In photos it looks okay, but in person it looks way too low. Honestly, right after surgery, when they were changing the cotton, I briefly took a look and was surprised because it didn’t even seem that high. After removing the splint, it felt like only the hump correction had been done, so I’m upset.
