With my wedding coming up, since last year I kept saying I should exercise.. took herbal medicine.. signed up for PT... But then there were only three months left until the wedding... While looking into liposuction here, I found something called LAMS, so I went to a hospital near my house for a consultation, booked it that same day, and had the procedure 5 days later.
There were lots of reviews saying it hurts when the solution goes in, but no one said which area hurts the most, so I thought all areas would be similar... I did the front and back bulges of my arms and my back. For the arms I was like, this is bearable? Then when the back started, the doctor suddenly told me this area hurts the most, and... I cried during the procedure.... It took a full 4 hours, and I skipped any recovery rest and immediately went around doing errands. I think it’s so great that daily life is totally possible right away! When I compare the photo taken right after the procedure with the pre-procedure photo, it feels like the skin/fat layer has separated, and it must be a little swollen, right? Considering it looks the same as before despite the swelling, I think it went well haha I’m easily swayed, and the doctor said for 4 hours not to exercise, reduce food intake, and if muscle builds, fat also builds up next to it, so now I can’t go to PT...
