Honestly, out of the whole body, belly fat is the hardest to lose Same with upper arms too But for me, the belly fat just would not come off, so I got fat extraction injections I’m super satisfied with the result haha. If I had the money, I’d want to do my upper arms too It’s been about 3 weeks since I did it, and it’s nice that I didn’t have to wear anything like compression garments from the first day lol
