Nose Surgery Reviews

One-month review of hump nose surgery without implants ~!

Hello! This is my one-month review. I had tip and hump nose surgery without an implant, without silicone.

Like everyone else, at first I was really scared of side effects and felt resistant to surgery itself, so I researched a lot. When I looked into surgical methods and lines, I think I read many reviews. So I’m writing this in the hope that it helps those who are 고민하고계신분들 like me!

If I start with why I chose this clinic, the biggest reasons were the honest coordinator and the director who listened kindly.

At first, the coordinator only compactly recommended the points that needed improvement, so I even asked if I should do more, but I liked that they firmly said it would be excessive. They were the type to give a safe, natural consultation, saying that I could get the shape I wanted even without silicone. They speak very straightforwardly.

I discussed the surgery with the director, and since I’m the type to have a lot of questions, even though I asked many, they answered in detail about the surgical method and process. What I felt in the consultation with the director was that they emphasized safe surgery and surgery without side effects. Absolutely no overdoing! That kind of feeling. I think I made up my mind because the director listened to what I wanted and communicated with me. Because they listen well, I thought the result would also come out in the direction I wanted, and that they would communicate best before and after surgery. They also explained the possible side effects in detail, so I thought they were conscientious. It feels like they carefully think together about what would be natural yet pretty. Sweet..

Another advantage is that there is only one director, so there is no risk of substitute surgery. And I felt that they paid close attention even after surgery. This is really important: pre-op is important, but post-op care after surgery is also really important. The director is known for being very meticulous, and in fact I was highly satisfied with the aftercare even after the surgery ended. They checked me personally at every visit, and I felt reassured too.

The design I wanted was something glamorous yet natural, and I think they tried to match that request as much as possible. Actually, I like glamorous looks, so I hesitated a lot before deciding on something natural, but even so, I made my final decision because of the director’s skill, safety, harmony, communication, and honesty! :)

If you look at the director’s reviews, they make everything beautifully, from glamorous lines to natural lines, so it makes sense that word got around. People who read my review probably saw many good reviews too! I also saw many good reviews, and they were all heartfelt reviews..

What I wanted improved were the hump and the tip of my nose. I slightly shaved and refined the hump, and since the nose already had some height, I decided not to use silicone. Once I actually had the surgery, the fact that I had surgery bothered me. If even non-implant surgery felt like this, I think silicone would have made me worry a lot, given my personality. Same for the side-effect aspect. I asked for a straight-ish line, closer to a straight profile.

Right after the surgery ended, I think I was just confused because it didn’t hurt, and there was no swelling at all. It took about two to two and a half hours. I liked that Obli took a photo after the surgery and before putting on the splint. For a week, I could at least bear the curiosity by looking at the photos. But being painless lasted only a moment; the day the anesthesia wore off was just insane... My ears hurt the most, and waking up once every hour was hard. I thought I could never do it twice. I was tired, my throat hurt, and my nose was wet so it bled when I looked at it. The first day is really hard. It got better as a day passed, but I think it varies by person. Until the second day, sleeping was uncomfortable, but maybe because the gauze came out, breathing felt somewhat better. The gauze can be removed after one day.

On day 3, my face was very swollen and my eyes looked puffy and ugly. After that, it didn’t seem to swell more and only went down. From this point on, it’s the time when you don’t want to look in the mirror... I heard that whether the surgery went well can also depend on the swelling, but it seems the director took care and did a good job ~ the best! Though it was hidden by the splint, I was satisfied even seeing the nose asserting itself through the gap, and I was so satisfied that the tip was lifted!

After a week, you’ll go back to remove the splint, and at that time the sharp feeling is strong. Still, it looked prettier than before and improved my complex, so I was happy! Right after the splint came off, you can only see the nose. The director even praised me at the very end of the consultation, saying, “But it really turned out well ..” and I was grateful. The front desk and the staff who treated me also said it turned out well, which made me happy. Looking at the photos from then, I was more swollen than now, but personally it looked high, so I liked it even when it was swollen. When meeting friends and taking photos, my confidence goes up.

Since the swelling isn’t very severe, I’m now waiting for the remaining swelling to go down. The uncomfortable part after it was over, since I had nose surgery, was that for about 1-2 weeks the inside of my nose was blocked, so my nose felt stuffy and it was hard to blow it? I didn’t do anything the hospital told me not to do at all. I started exercising only after exactly one month. Exercising didn’t make my nose drop. And I have rhinitis, and they said that fixing the deviation would make breathing functionally easier, and it really did become easier to breathe. For people with rhinitis, the director also looks at the functional side, so it’s a two-for-one. The director’s delicacy and sweetness are national-treasure level.. Still, they said the nose is sensitive for at least one month and generously up to six months, so it’s better not to overdo it and to take it easy.

I’m completely satisfied because I think I chose well with a good director at a good clinic. Even just removing one complex makes such a big difference in satisfaction. Still, it was a major surgery, so I hope those reading my review make a good decision after careful thought! This is just my personal opinion, but I hope it helps those who are worried ~!
