I had such a hard time throughout high school because of my dorsal hump, so as soon as I turned 20, I got surgery right away. They said they could make it perfect without implants, just by shaving down the protruding part and slightly lifting only the nasal tip with cartilage from behind the ear, using those two methods, so I proceeded with surgery right away! When I went around to consult at other hospitals, they talked a lot about unnecessary methods, like shaving down the protruding part and fixing Gore-Tex on top of it, but at ID Hospital, they explained a very simple and clear method, so I think that's why I proceeded right away. It's been 7 years since then, and now sometimes I don't even remember that I had surgery and just live forgetting about it. It's just so natural, there are no side effects, and I just keep hearing that my nose is pretty. The best, the best~!!><
