I wore glasses for almost over 20 years, and once I became an adult, I really wanted to get LASEK, so I had the surgery through an acquaintance of my dad's. It really is a whole new world... Maybe I should have done it earlier. After getting double eyelid surgery, I do have some dry eye, but except when I wake up after sleeping, it isn't particularly dry.
