I feel like the height is slightly lacking, so I want to have revision surgery, you know? When I first had the surgery and there was swelling, I was really satisfied, but it gradually got absorbed haha.. So I went for consultations to get revision surgery.
The consultant said that if more dermis is added, the result could be good, but conversely, the donated dermis could be recognized as a foreign material and the tip could get lower and spread out. But if autologous cartilage is added, it would show through, so she recommended not doing it, or told me to go to another hospital and look into surgery.
What do you all think? This is my nose now. Seriously, no one can tell I had my nasal tip done..
