But they said it would be hard for the nasal tip height to increase with cartilage suturing alone, and recommended doing a slight nostril wing reduction surgery and Misko together, so I passed. The price was the cheapest, but somehow Misko seemed like it would have too short a maintenance period, so I put it on hold.
The hospital where I had surgery did nasal tip cartilage suturing (they said it can come undone easily once, so they tie it twice) + dermal grafting, and it was in the high 1-million-won range. If I agreed to provide selfies, they gave a big discount. The consultation was conducted with a feeling closer to slight nasal tip surgery rather than just nasal tip cartilage suturing.
They said the frontal width would not change much before and after, so I was a little anxious, but from the beginning the effect I wanted was just for it to become even slightly slimmer, so okay. Now I’m satisfied with my own result!
And they consulted with me on a nasal tip line that suited my face better than I expected, and the result came out so, so well that I’m so satisfied with the current line, to the point where I wonder if trying to make it too natural was actually a mistake.
I decided after reading a lot of reviews, so I wasn’t particularly very worried, but I definitely strongly recommend raising the nasal tip rather than doing nasal tip cartilage suturing alone.
