I had surgery from a doctor who wasn't even a specialist, but it came undone, so I had it redone, and it came undone again. I made a huge fuss at the clinic asking for a refund, and they said they'd refund me and told me to go through mediation at the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency.
