I’d had Hiko and filler too, but surgery really is the answer!

Before-before <my pre-surgery nose after filler and Hiko> After-after-after-after-after-after <photos from 2 weeks to 3 months> My original nose had basically no bridge, and because I had thick flesh on my nose, it looked low and blunt. I worried a lot because my nasal bridge was low, and I also thought my nostrils were wide, so I’d had nasal ala Botox and sculpting injections several times. I was really worried that nose surgery might go wrong.... And right before deciding on surgery, I already had Hiko and nasal filler in. Even the before photos are from when there were threads and filler in there   But I still wasn’t satisfied, so I went looking for the hospital most famous for revision rhinoplasty. The period I was looking was peak season so I waited a few months and then had my consultation. The place where I had surgery is really famous for doing glamorous noses well, but I wanted something natural. I just trusted that they were good at noses and left the surgery to the director, and I’m really super satisfied At first, around week 2, I wondered if it was too high, and I also thought there was a sense of unfamiliarity with my face. But once the swelling went down I became so satisfied with how much higher my nose got that I even thought it could have been higher. My face is on the long side, so even before surgery, the director said the glabella area should not be raised. After getting my nose done, my face shape looks different too, and I really think that was the perfect move. Conclusion: my nose is really so pretty in a way that suits my face, the surgery was done well without even one bruise, and I think there really are reasons people get surgery at famous places. Other than the hospital being a bit busy, I had no complaints But honestly, the pretty nose makes everything forgiven, so everything was okay okay.
