For my first surgery, I only had ear cartilage used for the nasal tip, and for the revision I did the same, using ear cartilage from the other side. I’m still satisfied even now.. After the first surgery, it got absorbed a lot, so it looked similar to my pre-surgery nose So as soon as half a year passed, I got AS, and it’s been maintaining well until now. The nasal tip isn’t too pointy, and I like it. The height is higher, so it looks more glamorous, and I’m happy because it became the nose I wanted. The line looks okay, right??
