I'm posting this to level up, but I hope my post helps someone. For bulbous nose surgery, I used silicone and septal cartilage. The nasal tip was slightly corrected, and there was almost no effect on the nasal bridge. Personally, I regret using silicone. That's because the starting point of the silicone under the glabella may be thick, so the contour is noticeable and it also becomes red. I also had an issue where blood pooled and had to be drained, and the nasal bridge became swollen. After experiencing it, if you have a large and thick nose like mine, I hope you either do the surgery without silicone, or thoroughly look into a hospital that really pays attention to hygiene and cleanliness without causing inflammation, and think very carefully before deciding to use it!! If I could turn back time and choose again, I don't think I would ever have surgery at this hospital.
