I made appointments to visit all 3 places starting in the morning.
My goal was that my eyes looked a little sleepy, so I was considering incisional ptosis correction.
There was a lot of skin between my eyes and eyebrows, making them look droopy, so I wanted to remove that area. (Something I learned during the consultation)
I brought about two photos of celebrities and showed them all to the doctors.
I wasn’t considering canthoplasty, and I was thinking of a cost around 2 million won.
1. Clinic A
I tried to get a consultation with the person called the “eye father.”
The consultation fee was 30,000 won, but I thought if I heard a detailed explanation from him, I would get some sense of direction,
and there were so many satisfying reviews, so I visited.
The director marked the line two or three times and
“It looks like it will turn out well. I don’t think canthoplasty or lifting surgery is necessary.”
With that, it ended in about 5 minutes. It was a moment when the 30,000 won consultation fee felt a bit wasteful.
I think I saw a post from people here saying to get consultations and only go there near the end if you really have no choice, and I should have listened
The cost was also much more expensive than I had expected, and there was no pressure.
I paid a deposit, and I got it all refunded.
2. Clinic B
I moved right across to Clinic B.
I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, but perhaps the director had many consultations, so I was seen right on time.
The waiting time got a bit long, so I started to feel rushed, but after the director came in, I understood why.
He explained everything one by one, from very simple things to professional knowledge, and really made sure I understood, so it was inevitable that it would take a long time.
The explanation of my eye condition was detailed, and I was also able to hear the director’s opinion on how my eyes might change in the future.
He kindly answered every question. The price was about 1 million won cheaper than Clinic A.
Likewise, I placed a deposit and left, and there was no pressure to book. It was the clinic I liked the most.
3. Clinic C
Clinic C was in Yeoksam, and although I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, I was able to start the consultation right away.
The consultant gave a consultation almost at the level of a director, and after Director B, she explained things very thoroughly.
However, through the conversation with the consultant, I ended up changing the director I would see (because she said the director I had originally booked did not perform many surgeries),
and a director who was much younger than the originally designated director came in.
Maybe he had just come from surgery, because he was wearing a cap and mask, and he was a very confident person. (To the point of being tough)
The cost was similar to Clinic B. But it wasn’t the line I wanted, so I came back without making a reservation.
Next week, I plan to book and visit two more places, and I’ll write a post about it.
I think I’m a bit looking forward to the surgery. Everyone only said positive things, so it was a consultation that made me feel good.
