Revision surgery - male nose

I was dissatisfied that my first surgery was done naturally, and I wanted revision surgery with a glamorous yet natural feel, so after thinking and thinking a lot, I had two consultations and decided on the clinic. I’m very satisfied with the result. My mouth protruded a bit, but just by getting my nose done, my mouth looks set back too, and I feel like my jawline looks sharper. Even though my skin was thick, I think the director reflected my needs well. After 2 to 3 months passed, it really felt like my own nose, and I got used to it. Sometimes when I look at my face after the previous first nose surgery, I feel, ah... after getting revision surgery, it really did change a lot. For my revision surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage. I told the director that I wanted a glamorous nose, and I think he made it well into a glamorous nose. It has become more natural than when there was swelling, but I’m very satisfied with my nose now. The look where my nostrils were visible from the front has all been corrected, and it really became a sharp nose lol
