Hi~ A month ago, I had bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, and nasal tip surgery, and the materials used were ear cartilage and septal cartilage.
After surgery, I was told something like my septal cartilage was weak, so I thought, I guess it was weak,,
After surgery, I also thought the osteotomy was done really well, and overall I’m satisfied,
but after a little over a month, my columella looked crooked,, so at my 1-month follow-up, when they took photos, it was crooked,, The doctor said he had built it well himself with septal cartilage, but it seems to have bent because it was weak,, and told me to come back in 2 months to check it again and then schedule revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage,,
I don’t even know what I can say about this, and if I do revision surgery, I wonder if it’s right to do it here, and I wonder if it makes sense to pay for the revision surgery,,,
