Keloid-prone skin, breast surgery via transaxillary incision, 6-month update

I went for my 6-month follow-up after breast surgery this time, got another round of scar laser treatment, and had an ultrasound. For reference, I’m someone who has all the bad stuff, like keloids, rhinitis, and severe metal allergies, so I spent months just worrying about where to make the incision haha I had a lipoma removed from the center of my chest before, and a keloid formed there too, so I have a worm-like scar. Because of that, I thought an inframammary incision would be a disaster, so I went with a transaxillary incision. Around the 3-month mark, the scar swelled up once and I freaked out, but after laser treatment and slathering on ointment every single day until it calmed down, it subsided. As for the breast shape, it was pretty from the beginning, and my biggest worries were the transaxillary scar and the feel, but the feel has softened a lot too. On ultrasound, they said the capsule was thin, and I think I’m now at a stage where I can feel reassured. The scar has faded a lot too, so I thought about skipping the laser, but decided I should at least get this one done. As expected, right after doing it, it looks redder and bothers me more at first... If I keep applying ointment diligently, it’ll become unnoticeable again, right haha
