For my double eyelid revision surgery, the first and second surgeries were done at the same clinic, and they came undone, so I had my third surgery at ㄹㅂ Plastic Surgery. They said it was not a difficult surgery, so I trusted them. The director said I needed upper canthoplasty for the double eyelid to be visible all the way to the back, so I had upper canthoplasty, non-incisional ptosis correction, and natural adhesion. We agreed to make both eyes an in-out line, but around 4 months after surgery, as my eyes came undone, let alone an in-out line, one eye did not even go inward and came undone, and the other eye had an outline, asymmetry, and the lines did not match. The surgeon who performed the surgery said that once he went into surgery, it turned out to be more difficult than expected, but isn't that something anyone can say? It is so irresponsible.
Around before one year had passed, both eyes came undone, my right eye only had a line, and the double eyelid that was at least somewhat there on my left eye came undone too. After ruining my eyes, when I demanded a full refund of the surgery fee, 2.4 million won, they mentioned a ridiculous amount, ignored even the decision from the Consumer Agency and said no, dragged things out, and now they are acting shamelessly, saying the doctor who operated on me is no longer there. The clinic said they would call me but never did, blocked calls to the clinic, kept lying, and now they say no refund, no revision surgery, and if I want surgery I have to pay. It is so absurd. They ruined my eyes like this, and when I went to the clinic today and talked to them, they even denied things they had said before. It is truly a clinic with no conscience.
