Eye Re-Surgery

Wondering if I should get revision eye surgery

<When opening my eyes narrowly><When opening them without applying force>It’s been about 5 years since I had medial epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction, and incisional double-eyelid surgery. When I open my eyes properly with force, I’m satisfied with how they look and they’re okay, but when I open them without thinking about it, my eyes lack strength, so the sausage-eye look seems severe.

Revision surgery is something I’ve been considering for a few years, and I happen to have saved up quite a bit of money from part-time work, so I’m wondering whether to do it this time... When I open my eyes while holding my forehead, I’m very satisfied with the line, but when I just open my eyes normally, or especially when I open them narrowly, I really hate how they look.. On top of that, there are scars, and the sutures are sticking out too. The distance between my eyes and eyebrows is on the close side, but the line was set too high, so it also makes me look harsher.

I guess it would be better to get revision surgery, right?
