Before before after after This is a review of one type of square jaw surgery at 345, cortical osteotomy, deep cheek fat removal, and double-chin liposuction! Honestly, it was a major surgery involving the bone, so I thought about it a lot before surgery. But my square jaw was such a big source of stress that I decided to have surgery. And since I have a lot of facial fat, I also did deep cheek fat removal and double-chin liposuction together!
I went to consultations at several places for the surgery, and 345 listened the most carefully to my questions and opinions and answered thoroughly, so it gave me the most confidence and trust. Also, I liked that the director best matched the direction I wanted, so it was my first choice in my mind. Of course, I also carefully checked aftercare, the director’s experience, safety issues, and so on before deciding.
Now 6 months have passed since surgery, and I’m living as comfortably as before surgery, to the point that I forget I even had surgery. For about one month after surgery, the intraoral surgical site and skin lumpiness were uncomfortable, and it was a bit hard because I couldn’t eat various foods. After that, from around 2-3 months, there wasn’t much discomfort except tightness around the cheeks. As for eating, except for very hard foods, I ate just as well as before.
Right after surgery, I worked really hard at gargling and brushing my teeth so absolutely no inflammation would occur inside my mouth! For food, I held back and only ate mild, non-irritating foods. I saw posts saying inflammation can occur even later, so even after the intraoral stitches were removed, I was careful for a while. And I also worked really hard at applying compresses and wearing the facial compression band haha. I did it consistently for 3 months, and doing it versus not doing it is a world of difference. If you do it, swelling goes down really well. Lumpiness also loosens. Please apply compresses diligently~ Currently, there’s no lumpiness and, in my opinion? the swelling seems completely gone, so I’m not doing compresses and just massaging with a radiofrequency device I have at home.
After surgery, everyone around me just thinks I lost weight. They made it so natural and pretty that people don’t even know I had surgery, and I received a lot of compliments that my face got smaller~ When I touch my jaw after surgery, I love that there are no angular parts, and I’m very satisfied that I don’t look broad because of a square jaw anymore. At first, it was such a big surgery that I didn’t know I would end up getting facial contouring surgery, but once I thought it would be better to do it than keep being stressed like this, I wanted to get the surgery quickly Thinking back now, I’m glad I did it even a year younger, and I like it so much!! Even if I went back, I would have the surgery again haha
