I went for a nose surgery consultation with Dr. Heo* at GY in Apgujeong. After meeting me in person, he explained the issues with my nose and advised me on what approach would be good. He uses Gore-Tex + ear cartilage, and also recommended alar reduction.
Several of my acquaintances had surgery here, and they were all satisfied afterward, so I'll probably do it here.
I chose this place because I really want a natural-looking nose that doesn't look obvious, and during the consultation, the director also said that if I wanted a flashy, doll-like nose, I should go to another hospital.
I think it would be good to get a consultation based on the aesthetic you're aiming for... Both the consultant and the director were generally kind, so I had a pleasant consultation.
