I had my abdomen done last year, and I really wanted to do my arms too, so I kept looking for the right chance. I had arm surgery before summer came, and I'm so satisfied. They said they removed 1700 cc.. For reference, I'm 165 cm/68 kg... I thought I was upper-body heavy, but,, they said they'd make my arms bony-slim,, but more came out than I expected, so I was startled haha..;;; Right after surgery, I washed my hair starting the next day, but I couldn't raise my arms all the way, and they went up after about a week. With the abdomen, the area is large, but it's not an area I use much in daily life, so I didn't really feel much inconvenience day to day. But arms are definitely used a lot in real life, so I think the inconvenience is greater. Still, with arms, you can see a clear difference right away as soon as you do it, so the satisfaction seems much higher!
