I visited because I wanted fat grafting. I paid the deposit, and on the day of surgery I went in and was unable to have the surgery because there was not enough fat. Of course the deposit was refunded, but I had actually taken leave from work and gone in after fasting, and only then learned during the procedure that I had very little fat and thick skin. The fact that I came out without being able to do it itself was a bit... At the outset they said I barely had enough fat for a first round and would need to gain weight before a second round. So I went in willing to do at least the first round, but.. after anesthesia I woke up and was told.. the surgery could not be done.. I wish they had explained in advance that if this happened, rather than full-face grafting maybe they could at least put it in the areas I wanted before sending me out.
