Mine was a revision case, and after my first surgery my nose looked pinched, the nasal tip was crooked, and the silicone on my nasal bridge was floating, so my nose looked very long. They used a 3D implant, lowered the starting point of my nose, corrected the crooked nasal tip, and improved the pinched-looking area with a dermal graft. Until the 1-month mark, the swelling on the right side was a little worse, but now both sides are almost the same. Unless I drank a lot the day before or am tired, the symmetry is good too! People say residual swelling lasts a long time after revision surgery and varies from person to person, but I do not think that was the case for me. Looking for a revision rhinoplasty clinic was beyond stressful, and because it was a revision I worried even more, but thankfully it turned out so well and I am satisfied.
