Before before after after I had nose surgery with Director Kim Hyeong-taek at Kowon Plastic Surgery. Plastic surgery clinics felt a bit unfamiliar to me and all, but the director guided me comfortably, so I think I got through it well. I also like the result because it came out well like in the photos.
During the consultation, I vaguely said that my nose was too big and that I wanted to get rid of the hump a bit, but he seemed to try to understand in detail, one by one, what kind of improvement I wanted and what I was looking for. He designed it while communicating with me, and I liked the postoperative look he made with virtual plastic surgery, so I said I wanted to do it right away. After paying the deposit and leaving, I think I waited a few months. It seemed like there were a lot of patients with reservations. But seeing the director’s consultation style, he seemed very meticulous, so I could understand why. Even I made a reservation and came out.. The fact that it was a popular clinic also made me trust it more.
After setting the date and going back to daily life, time passed quickly, and on the day of surgery I did get a little nervous. Still, the director and the counseling manager helped calm me down and told me not to be nervous, so that was a relief. The director also told me not to worry.
This is how I look now, about a month later. The swelling I was worried about went down quickly, and I think the shape came out naturally and well, so I like it. Now that I’ve put these together with the before photos, the comparison is really clear. Oh, and he also removed the muscle under the nose, saying it would help prevent it from drooping later on. There definitely isn’t any drooping when I smile, so I think it will maintain well for a long time. I’m satisfied when viewed from the front, and I’m also satisfied with the side line. Thank you.
