It’s been over 3 weeks since my nose revision, and just brushing against one specific area on the left side of the columella incision stings like the pain when a thorn is stuck in you? Should I say it’s a slightly sharp pain I have that kind of pain, but surely it’s not inflammation… right? There’s no heat sensation
