Writing a review of alar reduction

I've only been lurking, but I'll also write a quick review of my alar reduction My nostril wings were just so wide they almost flapped. My friends always said I'd be pretty if I just reduced my alar width, and I used to look in the mirror and gather my nostril wings together with my fingers lol. I was like that, but now that I'm earning money, there was no reason not to have surgery, so I found a place specializing in alar reduction and had the surgery At first I worried whether they had reduced it too much, but as time passed and the swelling went down, it became natural I wonder why I only did it now, and it may look like there isn't a big difference, but when I look at before and after, I can definitely see the change. It's getting better and better as the swelling goes down lolol It doesn't look that obvious that I had surgery, and I think it turned out naturally and well Is this what adult flexing is lol
