I had revision rhinoplasty. It was a place with good reviews for a slender, straight, pretty nose, and for the material I went with autologous costal cartilage because I wanted a firm, straight nasal tip. I was worried about the harvest scar, but the closure was done well and they explained how to take care of it properly, so I have no problems now. The tip is not overly sharp either, and it came out with just the right pretty, refined-nose feel.
