Before<Returned pigmentation>Before<Raised nasal sill>Hello. I am the writer who posted a nasal sill review a while ago and shared four upsetting points. It has now been about 10 days since I posted that review, and I thought I should write another review about the changes over the 10 days after writing it.
First of all, I am very sorry to the director.. Even though only 3 weeks had passed, I think I wrote a rude post in anger without understanding the director’s sincerity, and I feel I may have hurt their feelings because of it, so I apologize once again..
First, regarding the incisions on both alar wings, after I wrote the review, the director gave me scar-tissue injections, and the scar tissue that had been hard and raised in the beginning has almost completely gone down with the injections. Since it was early on, I think it was probably not a scar but a lot of raised scar tissue. I still regret so much that I did not get the scar-tissue injections sooner. Even so, I am grateful to the director for taking responsibility for me and treating me until the end.
And regarding the pigmentation and filler in the philtrum, when I said I did not want volume, the director dissolved the filler right away, and at present all the filler is gone. Also, after two pigmentation laser sessions, the pigmentation returned to the same color as before. It was an issue that could be resolved this simply, but as someone who had always avoided filler, I got upset and made a fuss on my own, so I apologize once again
And regarding the widened nose, as the comments said, week 3 and week 4 are completely different. At week 3, when I wrote the review, my nose had widened a lot, but now that about 10 more days have passed, the widening has improved a lot. As the director said, if I wait until 3 months, I think it may return to my previous nose size. I will trust the director on this part and wait until the end.
And lastly, I had posted that my nasal sill looked similar to before, but now that I took photos from a different angle, it has really risen a lot. As the director said, the extent to which the nasal sill looks raised can differ depending on the angle, and that was right. I had gotten used to my operated nasal sill and forgotten the past..() My nasal sill had been pulled down too much because of philtrum reduction, and I also lacked tissue, so it must not have been easy to operate, but I once again thank the director for raising it as much as possible.
Even though I wrote a review, the director gave me trust and confidence by saying they would take responsibility for me until the end, and now, as I see things being resolved one by one, I have regained unlimited trust in the director. The nose widening has almost completely returned, but as the director said, I will wait until 3 months and then come back with a review showing my nose size returned exactly to the original!
