I'm 2 weeks post-rhinoplasty and the runny nose is driving me crazy They said my nostrils were originally uneven, so they couldn't make them match The alar rims are uneven too The nasal bridge is also slanted I heard about the nasal bridge before surgery, so I accept that But I'm going to talk about the nostrils and alar rims when I go in a month later When I told the consultant via KakaoTalk, she said complete symmetry isn't possible But I wasn't expecting perfect symmetry. Shouldn't they at least make them match to some degree? They're writing it off as swelling, but I don't think the nostrils and alar rims are just swelling, so I'm planning to go and talk to them
