The doctor was kind and gentle, so I felt at ease. He touched my nose and noticed side effects that could have appeared from the previous surgery. He predicted that after total capsule removal plus cartilage and septum removal, the nasal tip would come down a little, and gave a positive answer that by repositioning the cartilage, it would become a little better than my original nose. However, he said that after sedation anesthesia plus local anesthesia, the surgery would start 20 minutes later, while I would already be awake from sedation, so that was scary.
