Eyeliner tattoo removal

In my early twenties, thick eyeliner was fashionable, and I had drooping eyelashes as a side effect of double-eyelid surgery, so I got an eyeliner tattoo. Unlike the semi-permanent makeup people get these days, it was the old-fashioned kind where middle-aged ladies used a machine to jab pigment in—an actual tattoo. Because it was made pitch-black, it turned blue over time (the blue eyeliner older ladies had), so I layered black over it three times. Even after several years, it showed no sign of fading and only became bluer. I covered it with brown eyeliner for a while, then decided it had to go and went to have it removed. Dr. Jae-wook Jeong had originally been working at a hospital in Bucheon, but by the time I went after hearing about him through a blog review, he had already left. Back then I did not know that results differed depending on the doctor's technique, so I went to the clinic director, but the anesthesia was awful—maybe it had not taken effect or had worn off—and it hurt like hell. I had three sessions and not even 1% was removed. Maybe 0.001%? I researched again and found that Dr. Jae-wook Jeong had already left and opened his own practice. Wow... my money, my time, my pain.. Anyway, I went to Dr. Jae-wook Jeong again. I think three sessions cost about 210,000 won, but it was over five years ago, so my memory is hazy. Prices have gone up, so it is probably more now, right..? Anyway, I initially paid for three sessions, but it was not completely removed. That makes sense, since this was an extremely thick old-fashioned tattoo that had been layered three times.. I went in expecting to need about nine sessions. (To remove even the faint residue completely, I think I had around ten or eleven sessions.) Unlike the other clinic, they used local anesthesia around the eyes by injection (at that time, 95% of places used numbing cream). It still hurt, but it was on a completely different level from numbing cream. Since the laser hurt so little, the anesthetic injection actually hurt more than the laser lol. Still, anyone who has experienced it will know the fear of seeing the laser flash right in front of your eyes even with black contact lenses over your eyeballs.. Around the ninth session, the doctor said I did not need any more, but the extremely faint remaining traces bothered me, so I had one or two more sessions and removed it completely. These days there are quite a few clinics specializing in tattoo removal, and many are said to be good, but I am extremely satisfied with having it done at [Clinic A]~ I went for about two years because I had to receive treatment every two months. Downtime was about two weeks..? When I was working, I took two days off including the weekend. I swell easily, so when it was time to return to work, the swelling looked like the swelling around ten days after double-eyelid surgery. Since it was a laser rather than an incision, the swelling went down quickly day by day. My eyelashes were somewhat singed, and it took about three weeks for them to recover. After about two weeks, makeup made it almost unnoticeable; around day ten, it looked like I had eaten ramen and gone to bed the night before?
