Before-before-after-after-after-after For the nasal bridge, I used a custom-fit implant, and for the nasal tip, I used autologous costal cartilage. From the time I started looking into nose surgery, I didn’t worry about the cost. With only the thought that I absolutely had to get a safe and satisfying result, I went around to consultations. The director explained everything and made recommendations well, customized for me. He is also someone who handles both types of customized implants well, and since it’s a hospital specializing in various surgeries and treatments for functional rhinoplasty, in the waiting room I saw many people who had functional nose surgery too. I also had surgery for a deviated nasal septum at the same time, and from the early stage after surgery, even without me having to worry separately, they helped with things like swelling-management methods and issuing documents, so the reimbursement process wasn’t difficult either. Ah, this is TMI, but consultation, examination, surgery, treatment, and hospitalization all use different floors, so going back and forth is annoying, but it does feel systematic~
