Before <before nose> After <2 weeks> Before <2 months> Before <now> I used autologous costal cartilage and silicone and had bulbous nose correction My pre-op nose really looked like Voldemort I hope I don't get inflammation and it just stays like this I was lying on the operating table and kept asking them to make it natural right up until just before surgery But now that I've actually had it done, I kind of wish I'd shouted for a natural-but-glamorous look People meeting me for the first time don't know I had nose surgery What I wanted was a low glabella, a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and lowering the columella My original nose had basically zero columella, you know. Since I didn't make it too high, I think the columella came down well too, and I got a columella that wasn't there before ㄷㄷ I'm satisfied because it seems like the director matched my needs as much as possible Everyone at the clinic was kind too! But honestly, if it gets any lower from here, I think I might get revision surgery …everyone, how does it look to you? Do you think it turned out well? It won't come down any more from here, right?!
