I wasn’t exactly living with dissatisfaction about my looks, but my nose really was a complex for me. People around me would say, “You’d be pretty if you just did your nose,” so you know how that keeps bothering you. It was especially bad when I took and looked at side-profile photos ;; So I got surgery. I had a hump, so they did osteotomy, did the bridge and nasal tip together, used ear cartilage, 4.5 silicone, and septal cartilage for the surgery. Honestly, after surgery I wasn’t sure at first, but after the splint was removed and the swelling started going down, I gradually started liking it lol Since the only part that bothered me got resolved, it felt like someone scratched an itch? I feel like the nose is really important on the face lol I was really worried it might look artificial, so I worked hard to find a director who does things naturally and got the surgery. I like it because it turned out well without looking too much even from the side
