At first, I had surgery at another hospital, but while sleeping I hit my nose against a wall, so I had the autologous costal cartilage removed. Because of that, I had so many worries about my nose, and with the feeling that I never wanted revision surgery again, I went to consultations at 6-7 places and had surgery with Director Lee Yun-hwan at Topface Plastic Surgery, the place I liked the most! Other hospitals felt like they were giving very formulaic answers, but the staff were kind, and the director looked at my preoperative nose shape, noticed first the parts I had been hoping for, and explained everything in detail, which made me trust him.
