Before and after Everyone probably worries a lot about rhinoplasty, but I was satisfied after getting it done. The nasal bridge became slim and refined, and the overall line really came alive.... Considering how stressed I had been about my nose shape until now, I feel relieved that I was able to create the nose I wanted with the director. I like that it slopes down in an elegant-natural way and that the nasal tip falls roundly. I had osteotomy to improve the hump, and about 4 mm of silicone was used. Looking at the pre-op photo, it’s clear that my nasal bridge and line have become much smoother than before
