From the outside, other than the bridge being lower than I expected and the nasal tip being round, it looks okay, but
1. My nasal septum is deviated enough that I can feel it when I put my pinky fingers into both nostrils 2. The inverted-triangle shape of the nasal tip is gentle on one side and protrudes on the other, so when it swells in the morning, the nasal tip looks crooked 3. My nose is bent in two places, so I was originally supposed to have osteotomy, but they didn’t do that and instead designed and inserted silicone, so the visible angles on the left and right are different
Would it be okay to bring up aftercare? No. 1 bothers me the most, and I feel like I’ll probably get revision surgery eventually. Would it be better to do it at the same clinic? I don’t know if they’ll do it even if I bring it up. I’m worried. Has anyone done this..?
