I got natural adhesion double eyelid surgery

My eyes were far apart, my double eyelids kept coming undone, and they were too hidden, so I got epicanthoplasty and had my double eyelids done as a semi-out line!!

Natural adhesion and epicanthoplasty were 539,000 won each.

For the consultation, since it was the weekend, the wait was really longㅠㅠ Even with an appointment, waiting is common, but just the first consultation with the consultant was an hour and 30 minutes? two hours? I think I waited about that long ;;; Still, the consultant was really apologetic and kind, so I wasn't exactly in a bad mood.

After consulting with the consultant and the director, neither of them recommended all kinds of extra things; they only talked about exactly what I said I wanted to do. They actually said that if I went with the line I wanted, I didn't need epicanthoplasty!! I did it because I wanted to though haha

For reference, the first consultation ended in less than 5 minutes, maybe because there were so many people, and it felt insincere.

I wasn't planning to go around to different places and was just thinking of doing it here, so after the consultation seemed okay, I immediately booked the earliest available date.

Because of the 5-10 minutes of sleep anesthesia, I fasted for 5 hours, and they told me to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment, so I went on time, filled out the consent form, took photos, etc., changed clothes, and waited, but the person before me arrived late, so even though my surgery was at 4:30, I went in at 6:00 ;;;

This was honestly so annoying. A staff member came and said the customer was coming from outside the city and was late, so please wait just a little, but the customer was the one who was late and the innocent staff had to apologize. Because of that person, everyone after me got pushed back and everyone was waiting. I was seriously so pissed.

I finally met the director and we marked the line before surgery. I wanted to go with a line the director recommended if there was one, too, but when I said I wanted a semi-out that wasn't too thick, they just marked it that way without any particular other recommendation.

During the pre-surgery consultation, they tried the line several times and looked closely, so that was good.

I heard they clearly say no if something doesn't suit you or can't be done, but I guess there wasn't anything that couldn't be done or didn't suit me.

If you say you don't really have a line in mind, they'll probably recommend one, but even if you have a line you want, if you want a recommendation, tell them in advance!!

For the surgery, you're lying down, then you briefly fall asleep because of the sleep anesthesia, and when you wake up, they're doing the surgery. They said the total surgery time took about 40 minutes.

When getting double eyelid surgery, people usually don't do sleep anesthesia, so I asked why they do it, and they said it's because they have to inject the inside of the eyelid ㅜㅜ I really didn't want sleep anesthesia if possible, but I felt like I absolutely couldn't do it while awake, so I thought I definitely had to do itㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

After surgery, I got the swelling laser for about 15 minutes, took photos, changed clothes, got my prescription, and went home!

The clinic gave me a hot/cold eye mask, gauze, cotton swabs, and two packs of pumpkin juice, which was nice.

But once the anesthesia wore off, my eyes and head hurt so much that I kept my eyes closed the whole subway ride homeㅜㅜ

As of now, I do slightly regret whether I made the line too natural, but I still like it!!

I also feel like the epicanthoplasty was a good choice.

Oh, and in the very last photo, where the stitches were removed yesterday, the skin is sticking out like that. It isn't a keloid, right?

When I had liposuction too, the skin stuck out where the stitches were tied, but I heard eyes aren't affected by keloids, so I wasn't worriedㅜ

One side of the epicanthoplasty is also sticking out a little. If anyone here has had this happen, please let me know!!

It'll go away, right????
