I've never even had Botox, but I thought I really needed to get my nose done, so I went around to consultations at several places. Some places said they could make it high the way I wanted, while others said that if I made it high, because my skin is thin, the silicone would show through. They told me to avoid places that say they can make it high, and they explained things a bit more conservatively. I actually prefer the more conservative places, but I'm scared, so I'm planning to look around more.
