Before<Before nose…… The hump was pretty severe, though depending on the angle it sometimes looked okay>After<This community’s regular pose^^~ This is 3 weeks after surgery, but my nose is so big… The nasal tip was projected out too long, so I want to die ㅎㅎㅎㅋㅋㅋ damn><Big nose hi~~ ㅎha… My nose got longer, so I’m really stressed…… Is this swelling..? Will the shape become slimmer….(tell me it’s swelling ㅠ)><Can you see how much presence my nose has? Ha… Would they do a nasal tip revision even at one month after surgery ㅎㅎ>I wanted to get my nose done so badly that I made a huge fuss to my mom, saying rhinitis was making me feel like I was dying, and got her permission. But my mom said then let’s do it at a safe university hospitalㅠ So I searched hard, and I heard there was a professor who was really excellent for rhinitis, so I did it there (they said he also does a lot of cosmetic surgery). At first I was scared of surgery, so about the nose shape I said I hoped my bulbous nose would be improved.. (I’m regretting so hard that I couldn’t explain in detail then) and I said that once they scraped out the filler and Hiko procedure I’d had, my nasal bridge would probably be a bit low, so please connect it well, but…. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It turned into a huge nose. I didn’t know my nose was this long ㅎㅎ Now I know it was my low nasal bridge that used to break up the midface ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Even the columella area became really long… Saying I didn’t want an upturned nose didn’t mean I wanted them to make my nose long…ㅋㅋㅋ They even had me take a 3D scan of my face with the manager? (maybe a staff member under the professor at the university hospital) and ran a simulation, but I don’t think the simulated nose was this noseㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠㅠ And as the swelling gradually goes down, the hump is showing again…ㅋㅋ Is this also swelling… just pure confusion ㅠㅠ It’s my first surgery, and I think they used autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage? I want to reuse that and just raise the nasal tip again..ㅠㅠㅠ I’m seriously so stressed. The nasal tip isn’t going to lift just because swelling goes down, rightㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Among everyone here who used autologous costal cartilage, is there anyone who reused it…?? And using autologous costal cartilage hurt less than I expected. It did hurt, but it wasn’t like, pain from hell! ㅎㅎ Seeing that I’m thinking about revision surgery, I guess I still haven’t really tasted true pain, haha My level is still low, so I can’t see comments from level 3 people… If you’re curious about anything, send me a message!!
