Review one day before stitch removal

I had full-incision double eyelid surgery, fat removal, and upper epicanthoplasty 7 days ago for an event price of 2.1 million won. During the consultation, they clearly said that if I did epicanthoplasty, a semi-out line would be possible, and I liked the semi-out line more than at the first clinic I visited. The consultant pressured me to pay a deposit, so I somehow ended up paying it, then had surgery two weeks after the consultation. On the day of surgery, I paid the full amount and wrote the contract with the consultant. I thought I would mark the line with the director in the consultation room before going into surgery, but right after signing the contract, without even seeing the director, I went into the operating room, lay down on the operating table within about 20 seconds, had the line drawn, and went straight into surgery. They said if I brought photos, they would make it similar, so I brought and showed lots of example photos of eyes I wanted and eyes I didn’t want, and said I wanted a semi-out line. But in the operating room, the consultant and director strongly said that a semi-out line wouldn’t work and that they were going to do an in-out line. I said I absolutely didn’t want that, so the director said something like, then I’ll make it almost like a semi-out, and then they put me under right away. It seems like a lot of the swelling has gone down, but I haven’t even had the stitches removed yet, and the line is much thinner than the line I had in mind. It’s not semi-out, the epicanthoplasty doesn’t look done at all, and although there is swelling, it seems uneven. The clinic said they don’t do AS for simple change of mind, but in a case like this, would AS be possible? I want to cry
