I had a consultation there before when the director was at [Clinic A], and I had a good memory of it, so this time I had a revision eye surgery to deal with and called in November or December 2023 to book an appointment to see Director Choi Hyeon-nam again. But the person who answered the phone was way too rude haha T_T The doctor seems to be a good person, but the staff are rude. Even before surgery they are rude, and it is obvious what they would be like after surgery, so I decided not to even go in for a consultation.
