I had a bulbous nose with wide nostril wings and a blunt nasal tip, so I looked for a hospital specializing in bulbous noses and had surgery. During the consultation, I had it done by the director who seemed the most professional and had done many bulbous nose cases. The director’s style also matched the direction I wanted, so I decided right away. They say it’s hard to succeed in one try, but I succeeded in one try, so I’m very satisfied, and the nasal bridge came out beautifully too. The nose I used to Photoshop every day is now just sitting on my actual face, so all the stress I had disappeared. I’m not recommending plastic surgery, but if it’s going to be lifelong stress, I think it’s better to fix it.
