What I learned over more than ten years of plastic surgery consultations is that my facial bone asymmetry is severe, and the height and protrusion level of my eyeballs are all different. At the time, I knew none of that information and just asked them to make my eyes big, and they became uneven + sausage eyelids, so I had incision surgery here twice -> no improvement
3rd and 4th. ㄱㄴ** (lateral lower canthoplasty, incision) I asked them to even out the asymmetry and to get rid of that deep Mongolian fold typical of East Asians, improving how much the inner front of my eyes was covered. However, the asymmetry stayed the same, the line was wrinkly, and I had incision surgery here twice too -> the line got a little lower, but the asymmetry, eye coverage, and Mongolian fold did not improve
5th. ㅁㅇ (epicanthoplasty restoration + upper epicanthoplasty, incision) I asked them to restore the epicanthoplasty while opening slightly upward and to improve the uneven eyes. -> I got scarring at the inner corners, my eyes became weird, and the line became even more wrinkly
6th. ㅌㅇㄹ (epicanthoplasty restoration, micro-epicanthoplasty, natural adhesion, lateral lower canthoplasty) I asked them to make the covering at the inner front of my eyes look more open, remove the epicanthoplasty scar while slightly restoring it, change the direction and open it a little, open the lateral lower canthoplasty area widely, and clean up the line. At least here, the epicanthoplasty scar and line were somewhat cleaned up, and the lateral lower canthoplasty also seems to have been opened almost to the maximum (cleanly) -> I was generally satisfied, and the clinic did their best, but...
The area restored from epicanthoplasty started pulling a little over time, and maybe because I’m aging, my eyelids have drooped so the line is barely visible, and the inner corners are still covered.. After 6 surgeries, a lot of scar tissue formed..
So I’m looking for a 7th clinic... I want eyes like IU...
