It has now been one month since I had revision rhinoplasty re-revision.
Even though I’ve had nose surgery twice, I still had septal cartilage left, so they used septal cartilage and added donated costal cartilage because the skin at the nasal tip was being pulled. They said they would only know whether there was scar tissue at the nasal tip after opening it up, and when they opened it, there was scar tissue, so they removed it. The first month after my rhinoplasty over 10 years ago has already faded from my memory, and when I had my revision rhinoplasty, there were signs during the first month, but I didn’t really know back then so I just left it alone, and that made the situation worse. This time, after the revision rhinoplasty re-revision, it somehow feels comfortable after surgery, so I feel like it will turn out well. First of all, I’m so glad there’s no pulling sensation in my nose, and I think they also lengthened the nose that looked short nicely. Also, when I had the previous revision surgery, from around week 1? my nose felt swollen-tight, but now I don’t have that feeling at all. It feels like it went well somehow. Still, I’ll have to keep being careful, extra careful, and continue watching it. I hope everyone also really researches carefully before getting nose surgery.
