It had been quite a while since I had my previous nose surgery, and I didn’t realize there was a problem at all until my younger sibling said my nasal tip looked too upturned, which made me look into whether something was wrong with my nose. I visited Choeumcheoreom Plastic Surgery. For the first surgery, I had used silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage, and because I had a slightly hump-like nose, I had the hump shaved down. But Director Lee Bang-seok said that because that part was completely removed, it caused the problem, and that there was a lot of inflammation around the silicone, so I decided to have surgery that same day. The surgery was done without an implant, combining autologous rib cartilage + nasal tip lowering surgery with treatment for the contracture nose. What I wanted was a nose shape where the tip is higher and prettier than the bridge, but the first time I had surgery, the bridge was high and the tip was not very high by comparison. During the revision, they focused on making the tip shape beautiful, and I’m very satisfied. Also, as of now, 3 months later, it has held up well, so I feel reassured
